Susan C. Cloninger
My primary field is personality psychology, with a particular interest in social motivation (including achievement, power, and affiliation motives). I teach various undergraduate psychology courses at a small private college, and am the author of Theories of Personality: Understanding Persons, published by Prentice Hall. I do more textbook writing than research at this point in my career. I chair the Institutional Review Board at my college.
